OLM develops Performance Payment™ Landscape Maintenance Specifications for each community, tailoring the level of service to protect the property's assets. These specifications assure "apples to apples" bidding while minimizing costs.



OLM's Landscape Maintenance consulting service is designed to provide long-term assistance to our clients in the administration of the landscape maintenance contract. During the Performance Payment™ site inspections an OLM Consultant, the Property Representative and Contractor will inspect the landscape maintenance service provided that month. OLM will assess the quality of work performed and provide a written summary of maintenance items to be addressed prior to the next inspection. The inspection assures that the property pays only for services received, maximizes curb appeal, and minimizes plant loss, which ultimately helps reduce yearly operational costs.
